Myanmar military junta shot a heavily pregnant woman while she and her family were on the way in their family car to see doctor at clinic on 21 November.
Because of the shooting that hit her eye, the victim has died later from her wound. The unborn child – the foetus has been successfully operated and currently being put in the feeding tube, Chindwin has learned.
Her family has put her obituary on The Global New Light of Myanmar, a state-owned newspaper in Myanmar. The victim is known as Daw Tun Eiandra Kyaw aged 34, lived in no. 204, Palemon apartment, South Dagon Township, Yangon region.
It is learned the military wrongfully shot the passing car that resulted in the death of a pregnant woman.
According to AAPP, a total of 1281 civilians have been confirmed killed by this military junta across the country, although the actual number of fatalities is likely much higher. Many of these victims include children, Women, and elderly persons.
