(CHINDWIN): Even hotels are not survived when it comes to the junta regime’s check of the guest list as the junta regime is fully committed to leaving no stone unturned in pursuing all individuals or any groups associating with the National Unity Government (NUG) or People Defenese Force (PDF).
On 01 November, the check of the guest list was conducted by the junta regime’s security forces, aided by block/village administrators, in hotels and large houses across Pathein town in the Ayeyarwaddy region of Myanmar.
A military source has confirmed the report of the junta regime checking the guest list in large cities and towns across the country, with the regime urging citizens to report any suspicious persons or activities happening around them.
In broad daylight, travellers were intensely checked with all photos and details on their mobile phones in the Sagaing region on 01 November, according to the report from the victims who faced the strict check on the way of travelling.

Several accounts of recent reports show that people were beaten and physically abused while the junta regime’s security forces were conducting a check on guest list.
The aims of intense public scrutiny are believed to help people sway their blame of what is happening in the country upon NUG and PDF and instil terror and fear in people’s lives.
