“The junta army brutally captured the two sisters and hit and kicked them with their rifle gun, and legs. Even their bodies were half buried,” a local from Tedim town tells Chindwin.

On 14 August, the junta army stormed Haimual village and burned down 10 houses to the ground.

The junta army came to the Haimual village from a sub town – Rikhawdar – a town quite close to Haimual but located in Falam township of Chin state.

Villagers found the victims’ bodies today at about 11:00 am and buried them at the Haimual village this afternoon.
